Gary, Josh and Al were new friends.

I’m not worried about going back to

school in a few weeks anymore. I’ve
started to think that Gary is right. So what

if your family is a bit different? The point is
that anyone who picks on you or bullies
you for being different or for having a

different kind of family is totally nuts

anyway. Because everyone is different.
Not even twins are exactly the same.
That’s how it’s meant to be.

The other thing Gary is right about is
that just because it’s hard for some

people to understand what mental illness
is then that doesn’t mean that there aren’t

plenty of people who DO understand.
Loads of people are okay with it. This is a

big revelation to me and a big relief!
